Electronic Interface Diaphragm Pumps

E-Series Electronic Interface Pumps are used in critical process type applications and can be fully integrated into control systems and process machinery. Combining all the advantages of an AODD Pump with the reliability and controllability of an electronically actuated pump.

Controlled through a remote PLC or fully-integrated into process equipment. Typically used in critical process applications of for metering, batching, or cycle speed control. Can be connected to warning devices to monitor pump stroke rate or interruption. E-Series Pumps have extremely high operational reliability, improved accurate liquid flow rates and lower liquid pulsation. Provides increased life expectancy for all moving parts and have lower maintenance frequency improving overall lower cost-of-ownership. The E-series design allows for lower air consumption and allows for industry-leading reliable, accurate and efficient means to transfer fluids.

E-Series Pump are fitted with Integrated Proximity sensors for full stroke control. Used in conjunction with and controlled by an externally positioned PLC & a 5 Port / 3 Position Solenoid Valve. (Solenoid valve, PLC, hoses and fitting are not included). A timer controlled switching version is also available on some models.
